Rule 2, if the cost is within your budget its right for you
Rule 3, if it is for you then it is your decision as to whether it fits rule 1 & 2
Rule 4, if its wrong you did not do your research of what you wanted thoroughly

IMHO

laptop builder.Hi, I’m about to buy a new laptop and I really like MSI. Would you recommend me this one? Notebook MSI PR210X-068CZ/ A64 X2 TK57/ 12″ WXGA/ 2GB/ 160GB 5.4k/ DVD±RW/ WF/ BT/ FPR/ CAM/ HDMI

Micro Star International is a rebrander, like everyone else. The actual chassis is probably something like a Compal, Clevo, Uniwill, ECS, .etc .etc. Whether a certain model is good or not largely depends upon which OEM was utilized for it, and whether said OEM’s model was one of their better ones or not. One catch is that some rebranders consistently pick better OEMs and pay more attention to finishing details like warranty support and what components they buy for the Taiwanese/Chinese laptop chasis.

If it helps, I’ve only good things about the new MSI Wind ultraportable, but didn’t even know they made normally proportioned notebooks.
